As an Allrounder, you flexibly support our teams in production, workshop, and maintenance. Whether it's maintenance, repairs, machine operation, or quality assurance – you ensure that the operation runs smoothly.
In the long term, you can develop into a machine and plant operator.
Job requirements
Your tasks
Support in production, workshop, and press operation
Operation and monitoring of equipment (e.g. extrusion press, processing, drying)
Maintenance, repairs & minor welding work
Documentation of work and maintenance processes
Collaboration with respective team leaders
What you bring
Ideally completed technical training or practical experience in a production environment
Technical understanding and manual skills
Reliability, team spirit, and willingness to learn
Readiness for flexible assignments and overtime when necessary
